Govind Nimbalkar
Govind Nimbalkar (b1931) studied painting (B. A. Fine and Post Diploma) the Faculty of Fine Arts, M. S.University, Baroda. He followed
it up with M. Ed. from the same University. He then taught art in schools in Baroda for over three decades, organizing exhibitions of child

Govind Nimbalkar's abstract paintings express a quiet celebration of colours. Almost all of them are serene and well-integrated mature visuals worked out with meticulous detail.
